By purchasing any of our products you immediately agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Order details:
You are responsible for providing the correct payment details. When ordering gold or any currency double check your game, character name and server. As for crypto currency, make sure you send to the correct wallet.

All credit card payments will be affected in BAM currency. The amount of your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, just amount is converted into your local according currency to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

How to place order:
Once you’ve choosed your desired product, click order now and proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to a page to choose your payment method. Right now we accept credit cards (Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa and cryptocurrency via Coinbase). If your desired method is not on the website, you can contact us and we’re also able to provide a other methods( Skrill, Payoneer, Binance and in some cases PayPal). You will be notified once we receive the payment. For any additional questions about your order make sure you contact us.

Delivery times:
Depends on the product or service delivery times are always different. Average time frame to deliver in game currencies is from 15 mins up to 5 hours. Keep in mind that it may take longer than that in some cases, if there are any issues with delivery, you will be notified. For boosting orders its always stated in product page, make sure you check that.

Denial of Service:
We reserve right to deny the service for any reason. If anything is owed to the user, they will be refunded.

Boosting terms for World of Warcraft services:

After purchasing the boost you must contact us to provide additional informations.
We will need your account details
(email address, password) Location (country and city) so we can setup vpn. If our vpn doesn’t support that location, we will use something near that.
You must provide email code/secret question or allow us to log in with your blizzard authenticator.
Your talents and keybinds will be changed. We don’t put them back after the boost.
You can’t log in during the boost except if we allow you to.
You can’t disturb the process.

Refund Policy
You are not allowed to dispute transactions on your own initiative.

We will issue a refund under
the following circumstances: – If we’re unable to deliver the product or service you have purchased (its happening extremely rare).
– If something was wrong with boosting, you can make an appeal and it will be considered within 48h.

We won’t be issuing refunds for the following reasons:

– You’re not happy with the product or service.
– You have found a product cheaper elsewhere.
– In-game bans, suspensions, account closures or any other restrictions.
– Asking for refund before we even started.
– Any other personal reason.

Changes to agreement

We reserve the right to modify Terms of Service at any point. You are responsible to review it before making a transaction with us.
